从细分市场的角度出发,论述了细分市场与通信业务创新、通信企业竞争力等之间的关系,并就如何进行市场细分进行了表述。同时指出:通过细分市场进而实施个性化服务是通信企业发展的必然选择。
Starting from the angle of the market subdivision, this paper discusses on the relation between the market subdivision and the innovation of communication business and the competitive power of communication enterprises, and describes how to make the market subdivision, and points out that making the market subdivision and further practicing the individualized service is the inevitable choice of the communication enterprises.
