This paper briefly introduces the conception of the professional manager, expounds the main contents of the strategic management of the professional manager, namely the acquisition of the professional manager, the management of the agent relation between the professional manager and the investor, and the gaming management for other groups at interest, and probes into the important functions of practicing the strategic management of the professional manager on the enterprise to win the sustainable competitive superiorities.
