Through analysis on the problems of the engine's cutting out, partial agglomeration, bed temperature deviation, and lower duty ratio, etc., and in the light of the demerits and shortages existing in the operation mode, equipment maintenance, equipment condition, etc., this paper puts forward some rational solving methods and suggestions.
