针对集团公司现行组织制度与生产经营制度存在的弊端,提出要提高企业的竞争力,就要改革现行制度,依靠技术创新,加快技术改造,推进结构调整和产业升级,始终不渝地提高企业干部职工素质,引进人才,为适应国际经济形势的发展创造条件。

In the light of the disadvantages existing in the current organization system and production and operation system, this paper points out that the enterprises, which want to increase the competitive power, must reform the current system, accelerate the technical transformation relying on the technical innovation, promote the structural adjustment and industrial upgrade,improve personnel's quality and introduce talents,and create conditions for the development of international economic situation.
