The ability of implementation is an important component of enterprise's core competence, and people have lifted the construction of the ability of implementation onto the strategic height. This paper analyzes and expounds the ability of implementation from three aspects of the definition of the ability of implementation, the methods for strengthening the ability of implementation, and the construction of the base of the ability of implementation.
