对我国国有企业经营者激励机制的现状进行了分析,指出现行激励机制中存在的问题与不足,并就如何完善国有企业经营者激励机制进行了积极的思考和探索。

This paper analyzes on the current situation of the excitation mechanism for the managers of state-owned enterprises,and point out some existing problems and shortages in the current excitation mechanism, and makes active considerations about and explorations into how to perfect the excitation mechanism for the managers of the state-owned enterprises.
