摘要
针对快装烟火管锅炉后管板裂纹修理中存在的问题,提出了用渗透检测方法帮助发现裂纹全貌的想法并进行了大量实验,实践证明渗透检测方法对这种缺陷的准确、彻底修理起到了良好的作用。
In the light of the problems existing in the fracture repair of the back tube sheet of the package boiler, this paper puts forward the idea of finding the complete picture of the fracture with the help of the penetrating detection method and conducts a large number of tests, and points out that this method is effective to make accurate and thorough repair for such fault.
