摘要
本文对0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti钢的热轧裂纹的原因进行分析,确定因该钢残余元素硼含量过高,结合金相法和离子探针分析,证实硼原子在晶界偏聚,形成低熔点共晶体,是造成钢材轧裂的主要原因。
The causes for cracking defects in 0Crl8Ni12Mo2Ti blooms are analyzed. It is found that the high residual boron content in steel would cause the blooms to crack during blooming. The metallographic analysis together with the ion probe analysis prove that the main cause for bloom cracking is due to the gathering of boron atoms in grain boundary which results in lowmelting point eutectic.
