摘要
目的 分析红外辐射暴露工人的眼晶体损伤情况 ,探讨相关的危险因素。方法 测定钢铁企业高温作业现场WBGT指数等气象条件 ,用裂隙灯检查暴露组 85 5名、对照组 186名工人眼晶体损伤情况 ,进行相关内容职业流行病学问卷调查。结果 暴露组作业岗位热辐射强度较高 [>2 0J/ (cm2 ·min) ],暴露组眼晶体损伤检出率为 9 82 % ,显著高于对照组 (2 6 9% ,P <0 0 1)。经多因素logistic回归分析 ,热源温度、热源距离 (3~ 5m)和高温工龄是眼晶体损伤的危险因素 (P <0 0 1)。结论 红外辐射对钢铁企业工人的眼晶体危害仍然较大 ,热源温度、热源距离和高温工龄是其主要危险因素 ,应努力降低作业场所红外辐射强度 。
Objective To investigate lens lesion of workers exposed to infrared radiation and analyze the relative risk factors.Methods WBGT index and other parameters of weather conditions were measured in high temperature workshop.The lens of 855 workers(exposure group)and 186 workers(control group)were examined by slit lamp,and an occupational epidemiologic questionnaire was carried out.Results The intensity of heat radiation was more than 2.0 J/(cm 2·min)at the place where the exposure group stayed during working hours.And the incidence of lens lesion in exposure group(9.82%)was significantly higher than that of control group(2.69%).Logistic regression analysis indicated that potential risk factors included temperature of heat resource,distance of heat resource(3~ 5 m),and duration exposed to high temperature(P<0.01).Conclusions In steel industry,the hazard of infrared radiation to workers lens was still severe,mainly influenced by temperature of heat resource,distance of heat resource and exposure duration of high temperature.Measures should be taken to reduce the intensity of infrared radiation at workplace and enhance eye protection.
