腹式呼吸训练仪对心率及呼吸性窦性心律不齐作用的初步观察

The Effects of Abdominal Breathing Training Apparatus on Heart Rate and Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia

目的 研究腹式呼吸训练仪对心率及呼吸性窦性心律不齐 (RSA)的影响。方法 采用腹式呼吸训练仪 ,对 2 5例正常人进行 2 0min腹式呼吸训练 ,2 0例正常人安静休息胸式呼吸 2 0min作为对照。分析训练前后心率及呼吸性窦心律不齐 (RSA)的变化。结果 腹式呼吸训练组心率基线值为 73 11min- 1 ,训练Ⅰ期心率与基线值相比无明显降低 ,训练Ⅱ期心率较基线值明显下降 (71 0 9min- 1 ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组心率在平静休息后期略有下降 ,但与基线值相比无显著性差异。腹式呼吸训练组呼吸性窦性心律不齐 (RSA)的基线值为 35 85ms,在训练Ⅰ期明显增大 (47 31ms) ,训练Ⅱ期RSA平均为 4 8 15ms,与基线值相比均有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。而对照组RSA无明显变化。结论 腹式呼吸训练仪能改善机体自主神经的调节功能 ,可以应用于一些心身性疾病的治疗中。

Objective To research the effects of abdominal breathing training apparatus on heart rate and respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA). Methods Abdominal breathing training apparatus was adopted to conduct 25 healthy people to do abdominal breathing for 20min. Another 20 healthy persons did thoracic breathing for 20mins also as the contrast group, and the heart rate and RSA were analyzed.Results The basic heart rate of the abdominal breathing training group was 73.11min -1 , comparing with the base line, there was no obvious change at the first period. At the second period the heart rate of the abdominal breathing training group declined evidently (71.09min -1 ), there was obvious difference (P<0.05). Although the heart rate of the contrast group declined slightly at the end, it has no obvious difference comparing with the base line. And the basic RSA of the abdominal breathing training group was 35.85ms.At the first period and the second period RSA were 47.31ms and 48.15ms respectively, they have evidently difference (P<0.01). Still the RSA of contrast group had no significant difference. Conclusion Abdominal breathing training apparatus may improve the regulating function of autonomic nervous system of human body. It may be applied in curing some psychosomatic disorders.
