离子色谱分析在黄土和粉尘研究中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 黄土中存在着大量的碱金属及碱土金属,以往的测试方法多为原子吸收和 ICP MS,离子色谱法在测试黄土样品的碱金属和碱土金属元素含量中应用不多。将黄土地质标准样品进行消解后用离子色谱进行测试,测试效果良好,重复测试的相对标准偏差小于5%,与推荐值的相对误差小于 5%,准确度和精密度符合相关的质量控制要求。本实验方法测试的离子含量都在仪器响应呈线性的最佳测试范围之内,标准曲线经回归后相关系数均达到0 999 9。黄土样品的分析结果与粉尘气溶胶样品的离子分析结果对比表明,此方法对于探讨粉尘起源以及沙尘暴天气的研究具有重要意义。 There are abundant alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals in loess. Previous analysis methods of these metals were atomic absorption method and ICP-MS. There are few applications of ion chromatography in the analysis of alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals in the soil. To this experiment, concentrated HNO_(3), HF and HClO_(4 )were used to dissolve geologic standard samples of loess such as GSS-2 and GSS-8, and ion chromatography was used to analyze the solutions of these samples. The results of this method are fine, that is to say, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of five repeated analyses of the same sample is less than 5%, and the relative errors between the analysis and the recommended values are less than 5%. The accuracy and the precision of the experiment are in accordance with the related quality control regulations. The ion content analyzed by this experiment method is within the optimal measurement range in which the instrument response is in linear relation with the solution concentration, and the correlation coefficients of the standard curves (namely the calibration curves) after regression are all more than 0.999 9. The comparison between the analysis results of the loess samples and the dust aerosol samples shows that this experiment method is very good to do dust source and sand dust storm researches.
