大洋锰结核氨浸渣对甲基橙的吸附 被引量:6

摘要 研究大洋锰结核氨浸渣对甲基橙染料废水的吸附行为。结果表明,大洋锰结核氨浸渣经过3 5 0℃加热后对甲基橙的吸附性能有明显改善,当甲基橙的浓度为10 0mg/L ,pH <2时,脱色率大于94% ;当pH >2时,脱色率大于5 5 %。吸附效果受溶液起始pH、氨浸渣投加量、溶液浓度及温度的影响,其中溶液起始pH是影响吸附率的关键因素。 The absorption of methyl orange by ammonia leaching residue of manganese nodule is investigated. The results show that the removal effects of methyl orange is evidently improved by ammonia leaching residue roasting at 350℃ for 8h, at dye concentration 100mg/L and pH<2, the decolorization rate is more than 94%; while pH>2, the decolorization rate is more than 55%. The efficiency of decolorization is comprehensively influenced by pH of solution before absorption, the dosage of ammonia leaching residue, solution concentration and temperature, pH is the key factor among them. Furthermore, the decolorization is conformed to the Langmuir isotherm equation.
