摘要 阐述偏心调整式回转窑密封装置的结构与密封原理、加工制造方法和安装技术要点,并介绍了具体应用情况。偏心调整式回转窑密封装置具有结构简单,密封效果好,降低煤耗、提高产质量、提高回转窑运转率和经济效益等综合功能。应用于4 5×10 0m氧化铝熟料回转窑,密封安装间隙首次达到了5mm ,回转窑运转率从83 %提高到89% ,熟料产量从43 85t/h提高到5 6 70t/h ,烧成标准煤耗从193 83kg/t降至166 0 6kg/t,每年可节省备件消耗3 6万元,增加效益73 8 2 The structure and design principles, manufacture process and assembling method of a new seal device for rotary kiln are described, and the application results are also introduced. The structure of the seal device with adjusting eccentricity is simple and convenient, and the excellent seal effect, coal consumption reduction, increase of product quality and kiln operation efficiency as well as economical profit are achieved by use of the new seal device. In the application to the4.5×100m rotary kiln for alumina production, the gaps of assembly reaches 5mm premierly, the operation efficiency and capacity are increased to 89% and 56.70t/h from 83% and 43.85t/h, respectively, the standard coal consumption for sintering is reduced to 166.06 kg/t from 193.83kg/t, the spare part cost is saved by 0.36M$, and the profit is increased by 7.3824M$.
