摘要
本文提出了设备潜性能的概念,认为设计性能是设备保证工艺的外部条件,而潜性能是设备干扰工艺的内部原因。
A concept of“latent properties”is put forward in this paper.It is believed that the designed properties are the external conditions to ensure the achievement of the processes,and the“latent properties”are the inter- nal causes of interference of processes from equipments.
