Fabrication Process and Properties of Silicon Carbide Fiber Reinforced Si-O-C Composites Using Polysiloxane as Precursor

摘要 以聚硅氧烷为先驱体,采用先驱体转化法制备SiCf/Si-O-C复合材料。研究了吸收剂含量不同对复合材料的弯曲强度、密度、热膨胀系数的影响,同时测试了材料对雷达波的反射率,结果表明低频带区有良好的吸波性能。对材料微观结构进行了分析讨论,发现界面结构与致密度是SiCf/Si-O-C复合材料具有高性能的主要原因。 Silicon carbide fiber reinforced siliconoxycarbide (Si-O-C) composites were fabricated via precursor infiltration and pyrolysis using polysiloxane. The effect of absorbent contents on flexural strength, density, thermal expansion coefficient of SiCf/Si-O-C composites was studied. Absorbing wave properties were fairly excellent in low frequency, when measuring reflection rate of radar microwave absorbing materials. Microstructure and properties of SiCf/Si-O-C composites were discussed, the high properties were mainly attributed to ideal interface structure and density.
