乳管内视镜下病理活检的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of duct endoscopit biopsy

对乳头溢液患者行乳管内视镜检查,选择部分病例行镜下活检。与术后组织学对照,统计其诊断符合率。共选择89例患者行镜下活检,有67例在本院手术,与术后病理诊断符合率940%(63/67)。其中,活检诊断为导管内乳头状瘤49例,与术后病理诊断符合率939%(46/49);乳腺导管内癌5例,与术后病理诊断符合率5/5。乳腺导管炎11例,与术后病理诊断符合率909%(10/11);乳腺导管扩张2例,与术后病理诊断符合率2/2;初步研究结果提示,乳管内视镜下病理活检对乳管内病变可作出明确的诊断和定位,对乳头溢液的病因诊断及治疗则具有非常重大的意义。

Fiberoptic ductoscopy was performed to patients with nipple discharge. Duct endoscoptic biopsy was performed to part of them. The accord rate was calculated with pathological diagnosis. Duct endoscoptic biopsy was performed to 89 cases, 67cases of them were operated in our hospital, the accord rate with pathological diagnosis was 94.0% (63/67). Among them, 49 cases were diagnosed as intraductal papilloma by biopsy, the accord rate with pathological diagnosis was 93.9% (46/49); 5 cases were be diagnosed intraductal carcinoma, accord rate with pathological diagnosis was 5/5. Eleven cases were diagnosed as chronic inflammation, the accord rate with pathological diagnosis was 90.9% (10/11); 2 cases were diagnosed as ductal ectasia, the accord rate with pathological diagnosis was 2/2; In conclusion, duct endoscopit biopsy can accurately diagnose and determine the position of intraductal lesions.
