中药微球制剂研究进展

Advances in microsphere agents of traditional chinese medicine

随着制剂技术的发展 ,由疗效好、副作用小的中药制成的中药微球制剂 ,具有广阔的开发和应用前景。本文就近年来中药微球制剂的制备方法、生物药剂学特性及临床药理应用作一综述。

With the development of preparation technique,microsphere agents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) which has good effect of treatment and little side effects have a promising future in their application. In this paper, we reviewed the preparation technique of TCM microsphere formulation,the profile in pharmaceutics,clinical and pharmacological application in recent years.
