Effect of different decocting extractive methods on purgative principles from Chinese rhubarb

目的 研究不同提取方法对大黄泻下成分结合蒽醌含量的影响。方法 以结合蒽醌含量及浸膏得率为指标 ,对煎煮提取方式及浓缩干燥条件进行筛选 ,再采用正交设计法对温浸条件进行优选。结果 采用温浸后下、加水 2 0倍、提取 2次、每次 30min、减压浓缩及干燥 ,所得干浸膏中泻下成分结合蒽醌的含量最高。结论 此方法所得提取物的泻下作用最佳。

Aim To study the different decocting extractive methods on the contents of purgative principles of combined anthraquinones from Chinese Rhubarb.Methods Taking extraction rate and contents of combined anthraquinones,to select methods of decocting extract and temperature of concertration and dry,select the soaking parameter with the orthogonal design at the same time.Results Added 20-fold times of water,soked by warw water,then percolated 2 times for 30 mins,concentrated and dried under vacuum.This method could get the highest content of combined anthraquinones. Conclusion The drug maded by this method had the best purgative effect.
