哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗COPD感染的疗效观察

Effect of piperacillin/tazobactam in patients with COPD

目的 观察哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效。方法 治疗组以哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦治疗 ,对照组以凯福隆治疗 ,疗程 7d ,分别观察临床疗效、药敏试验。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 85 .3%和 79.5 % ,两组疗效比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,治疗组药敏结果优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病疗效确切。

Aim To investigate the efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam on COPD. Methods The treatment group was given piperacillin/tazobactam, and the control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium. The course was 7 days. The therapeutic effects,sensitivity of medication were observed.Results The total effective rates were respectively 85.3% in treatment group and 79.5% in control group.The therapeutic effects between two groups had no marked difference(P>0.05), sensitivity of medication had marked difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam on COPD was evident.
