差示紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星滴眼液的含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的 建立一种不经分离 ,可消除诺氟沙星滴眼液中其它成份干扰的含量测定方法。方法 采用差示紫外分光光度法 ,测定波长为 2 82 8nm。结果 诺氟沙星浓度在 3 312~ 7 4 5 0mg·L-1范围内 ,吸收度 (△A)与浓度 (C)线性关系良好 (r=0 9990 ,n =6 ) ,平均回收率为 99 2 0 % ,RSD为 0 82 %。结论 该法测定结果准确 ,方法可靠 ,简便易行。 Aim A method was set up to determine the content of Norfloxacin, by which the interference of other compositions could be avoided without the need to separate the interferential compositions from the Norfloxacin Eyedrop.Methods Differential ultraviolet spectrophotometry was adopted with determination wavelength 282.8 nm.Results When the concentration of Norfloxacin was between 3.312 ug·ml -1 and 7.45 ug·ml -1 ,the absorption value(△A)and the concentration (C) had good linear relationship (r=0.9990,n=6) with the average recovery 99.20% and the RSD 0.82%.Conclusion The method that we set up is credible,practical, simple and convenient. The results determined by the method were precise.
