摘要
双金属复层材料以其优良的性能,越来越受到人们的重视。文中介绍了目前国内外生产双金属复层材料的传统工艺方法以及它们的优缺点,并在此基础上分析了双金属复层材料制备的研究动态和进展情况。其中铸造与轧制相结合、铸造过程施加电磁场的复合方法,可以使生产工艺简化,避免复层界面之间的氧化,使界面之间的结合比较牢固,是一种具有发展潜力的复合工艺。
More and more people pay attention to the development of clad metals because of their perfect performance. The traditional technologies and new ones to obtain clad metals were introduced in this text. The continuous rolling casting and continuous casting with electromagnetic field are potential processing to manufacture clad metal, which can simplify the techniques and overcome oxidations between two layers to fasten the combination of the interfaces.
