摘要 介绍了酯硬化碱性酚醛树脂旧砂的特点,旧砂再生时的关键技术和再生方法的合理选用。试验结果表明,采用组合式再生方法,对再生酯硬化碱性酚醛树脂旧砂最有效,再生砂的质量可达到新砂的水平,在技术上、经济上和环保上均具较大应用价值。 The feature of the Ester-hardened Alkaline Phenolic Resin used Sand, crucial technique encountered in the course of the sand reclamation and the reasonable choice of reclamation methods are presented in this paper. The results of a large quantities of tests indicate that by using combined reclamation method, this technique may be most effective in reclaiming phenolic/ester sand, the quality of the reclaimed sand can measure up to that of new sand, which is of great application value economically and technically.
