摘要 为有效节约金属材料,提高经济效益,降低生产成本,根据补缩原理和生产实际,以冒口的体积最小为目标函数,运用粒子群算法和Matlab语言,对冒口直径、冒口高度、冒口颈直径等冒口尺寸进行了优化设计,优化仿真结果表明,在保证铸件质量的前提下,冒口的体积比常规的模数法设计结果减少了11 77%,优化效果十分显著,表明了粒子群算法应用于铸造行业的优化设计可行。 In order to save metal materials, lower production cost and improve economic benefits, optimization design taking minimal riser volume as target function on the basis of cast feeding principle and practical production was done. Based on particle swarm algorithms and MATLAB, simulation concerning riser parameters such as riser diameter, highness and neck diameter was made. On the prerequisite of quality guarantee, the simulation result showed that the riser volume decreased by 11.77% than that of ordinary modulus algorithms did, and the optimization result is effective. It also proved that particle swarm algorithms are practical in optimization design of cast riser.
