淫羊藿对家兔骨折愈合的影响

Effects of Epimedium on rabbits fracture healing

目的:探讨中药淫羊藿对家兔骨折愈合的作用。方法:手术制作成年雄性家兔双前肢桡骨中段骨折动物模 型(缺损约3 mm)。术后随机将其分为两组,实验组除每日给予淫羊藿煎液口服外,其他饲养条件完全与对照组相同。分 别于术后14 d,24 d,34 d及42 d处死动物,处死前摄兔前肢X线片,处死后取骨折标本作连续硬组织切片(厚5μm),切 片作常规Masson三色染色。结果:淫羊藿实验组较之对照组在骨痂形成、骨痂改建以及髓腔再通等方面均明显更早。结 论:淫羊藿能促进家兔骨折骨痂的形成与改建,促进髓腔的再通。淫羊藿能促进家兔骨折愈合。

Objective To investigate the effects of Epimedium on rabbits fracture healing. Methods Models of fracture of matured male rabbits were made by operation (damaged area 3 mm). The rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group had all other the conditions identical to the control except they were administered Epimedium extract orally. Termination of the animals took place in the 14th, 24th, 34thand 42ndday respectively, after taking the X-ray of their forelimb. 5μm section was made from the fractured sclerous tissue. The samples were dyed with Masson dye. Results Growth of callus, bony remodeling and recanalization of medullary cavity was more prominent in the experimental group. Conclusion Epimedium can promote the formation and remodeling of callus and recanalization of medullary cavity, as well as fracture healing of rabbits.
