髌骨骨折的再手术

Reoperation for patellar fracture

目的:分析髌骨骨折术后再手术的原因,并探讨其治疗方法.方法:对14例再手术的髌骨骨折患者的资料进行回顾分析,并进行再次手术治疗,均采用'8'字改良张力带环扎钢丝固定.结果:随访3～12个月,按陆氏评定标准评定,优7例,良4例,可3例.结论:治疗髌骨骨折必须根据骨折类型选择合适的固定方法,依照固定的稳定性指导病人做适度的功能锻炼,防止骨折的再移位.'8'字改良张力带加环扎钢丝固定是髌骨骨折再手术的首选固定方法.

Objective To analyse the reason of reoperation and to research the method of the reoperation. Methods Fourteen cases of patellar fracture receiving reoperation were reviewed. All cases were fixed with improved tension-band and ring-fastening steel wire. Results Fourteen patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months (average 4. 5 months). According to LU Yupo's evaluation criteria, excellent result was obtained in 7 cases ,good in 5 and fair in 2. Conclusion It is important to select the fixation method to treat the patellar fracture and coach patients exercising according to the fixation stability to prevent the fracture dislocation again. Improved tension-band and ring-fastening steel wire is the first choice for reoperation in the patellar fracture.
