摘要
目的:探讨MRI对脑静脉窦血栓形成的诊断价值。方法:6例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者,男4例,女2例,年龄20~54岁。全部行MR检查,其中4例行增强扫描,3例行磁共振静脉血管造影(MRV)检查。并与DSA结果进行对照。结果:5例血栓位于上矢状窦,1例位于下矢状窦和直窦。脑肿胀6例,脑梗塞2例。增强扫描4例出现脑静脉异常强化。MRI典型表现为脑静脉窦内正常流空效应消失,代之以异常等信号或高信号影。MRV表现为受累静脉窦呈不规则血流信号或血流信号完全消失。DSA示病变部位和范围MR所见基本一致。结论:MRI及MRV是诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成的首选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Methods There were 6 cases of cerebral sinus thrombosis including 4 cases of male and 2 cases of female age ranged from 20 to 54 years old. MRI were performed in all 6 cases in which Gd-DTPA enhancement in 4 cases magnetic resonance venographyMRV studies in 3 cases. MRI and MRV images were analyzed and compared with DSA images. Results The thrombosis of superior sagittal sinus inferior sagittal sinus and straight sinus was seen in 5 cases and 1 case respectively. Brain swelling was seen in all 6 cases. And venous infarction was seen in 2 cases. Abnormal venous enhancement were found on contrast enhanced MRI in 4 cases. MRI showed the normal flow void of the dural sinus disappeared instead abnormal high signal intensities were found. The signs of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in MRV include loss of vascular flow signal or a frayed appearance of the venous sinus. The locations and scope of these lesions in DSA were the same as that in MR. Conclusion MRI and MRV are the first choice for diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.
