园林植物在不同的生长发育阶段,经常遭遇自然界各种不利因子的影响,使其新陈代谢作用受到干扰和破坏,在内部生理和外部形态上发生一系列不正常的变化:生长发育不良、色泽暗淡、落叶枯萎、器官畸形、品种退化、植株死亡等,降低其观赏价值,影响园林景观,造成一定的经济损失.综合运用各种防治措施,安全、经济、简便、有效地控制病虫害,是植保工作的重要环节.

Park plants, in its different growing stages, usually suffer from the disadvantageous factors of the nature, which have metabolism function interfered or broken, and cause a series of abnormality on interior physiology or on exterior appearance. Therefore, park plants will grow badly, the organ will be abnormal, the species will deteriorate, even the plant will die. These abnormal changes will lower its appreciating value or have a bad influence on park landscape, and will result in a certain of economic loss. Using every kind of prevention and measures to safely control the plant diseases and insect pests availably, is an important link to plant protection.
