Sticking to Development has all the time been the core matter which CPC has paid great attention to and CPC has tried greatest effort to put it into practice.From 'Development is the absolute principle' to 'Development is the utmost important affair for CPC's to carry out the duty of administrating and developing China vigorously' and then to the 'Theory of Scientific Development',in the practice of building socialism,CPC has continually summed up and perfected the theories of development.And the theories of development in three different periods reflect abundant historical backgrounds and keep historical connotation.
