摘要
企业社会责任运动的发展,对以利润最大化为基础的传统的公司治理模式提出了批评,对企业的性质定位以及企业效益的获取方式提出了新的诠释。企业社会责任与企业绩效之间并非二元对立,而是存在着正相关的关系。
The heightening of social responsibility of enterprises imposes criticism on the traditional enterprises management mode based on the maximization of profits. It provides new interpretation as to the orientation of enterprise nature, and the acquirement of enterprise profits. Enterprises are not only economic entities, but also social entities. Cooperation between enterprises is more profitable than competition. Enterprise' s social responsibility and enterprise' s performance are not two opposite elements. Actually the two elements can co-exist and promote each other to create a satisfactory situation of being beneficial on mutual or multi sides.
