适应上海生态环境的甘蓝型单、双低油菜品种(系)产量能力和产量构成因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 对上海、江苏、浙江和安徽有关单位最近育成的甘蓝型单、双低油菜品种(系)的产量能力分析表明,低芥酸油菜品系8907,低芥酸、低硫代葡萄糖甙品系3108和低硫代葡萄糖甙品系鉴6较适应上海的生态条件,产量能力均比大面积常规推广品种中油821和汇油50高,产量差异达1%极显著水平。对产量构成因素间的遗传相关和通径系数分析表明,对现有单、双低油菜品种(系)进行筛选和改良,应保持或略减少现有主花序角果数和一次分枝角果数的水平,从严控制二次分枝角果数,适当减少每角果粒数而增加千粒重,对选育适合上海生态条件的单、双低高产油菜品种(系)有显著的效果。分析表明,8907是一个高产、优质,特别适于上海生态条件的油菜新品系。 The yielding ability of low erucic acid or low erucic acid and low glucosinolate cultivars or strains (Brassica napus L. ) bred by Shanghai, Jiansu , Zhejian and Anhui Academies of Agricultural Sciences respectively was analysed in Shanghai's ecological condition. The low erucic acid strain 8907,the low erucic acid and low glucosinolate strain 3108 and low glucosinolate strain Jian No. 6 were suitably planted in Shanghai. Their yields were higher than those of Zhong You 821(Ck_1) and Hui You 50(Ck_2)and significant at 1% level. Their yielding components were also studied. The result showed that the siliqua number of main receme and primary branches should be kept or slightly decreased,the siliqua number of secondary branches severly controlled,the seed number per siliqua appropriatly decreased and the 1000-seed weight increased in rapeseed quality breeding for high yield in recent period.8907 is a strain with high yield,good quality and more suitable to Shanghai's ecological condition.
