试论加强大学毕业生创业指导的迫切性和可行性

On the Urgency and Feasibility of Providing Intensified Training to College Graduates in Starting Businesses of Their Own

当前大学生就业难不是因为毕业人数太多而是社会提供的就业岗位太少,就业形式单一,就业人数多而创业人数少。本文试从对大学毕业生创业的迫切性和可行性分析,说明高校对大学毕业生进行创业指导的必要性。指导大学毕业生转变就业观念,即由就业观念向创业观念转变,树立创业意识。鼓励大学毕业生创业,增加就业岗位,以实现自身的人生价值,为社会创造财富。

The difficulty facing college graduates in employment cannot be attributed only to an increase in the number of college graduates.Narrow channels of employment, big numbers of people seeking employment, and few wishing to start their own businesses, all are responsible.Through an analysis of the urgency and feasibility of college graduates starting their own businesses, this paper argues for the need to initiate an intensified training program to help college graduates in self-employment.Such a training program should help college graduates to shift from seeking employment to self-employment and should encourage them to start their own businesses thus creating job opportunities and wealth for the society and realizing self-fulfillment.
