摘要
我国综合性大学举办教师教育已具备了坚实的现实基础。综合性大学为发挥多学科优势,适应教师教育从数量满足向质量提高转变的历史要求,在教师教育上走出一条具有自身特色的新路子,有必要深入探讨四个方面的问题:(1)必须提倡教师教育模式的多样化;(2)必须把教师教育深度融入综合性大学的综合优势中;(3)必须重视和加强对基础教育的研究与实践;(4)必须加强政府对综合性大学教师教育的管理和指导。
The have a solid foundation of teacher education in China. There is a historic trend of transition in teacher preparation focusing on high quality from quantity. If the poly-disciplines universities play a more important role in teacher education, they should explore a new model of education reform. Four topics will be discussed in this thesis, firstly a few models of teacher education should encouraged, secondly advantages of poly-disciplines in universities should be used, thirdly more attention should be paid on the study of basic education, finally the government management and guide of teacher education should be strengthened in poly-disciplines universities.
