摘要
植物材料Nasturtium(旱金莲属植物)中的苯甲基硫甙,经DEAE-Trisacrylm离子交换树脂富集后,进一步由Ag50W×8(H^+)离子交换树脂纯化,经冰冻干燥得到白色粉状物质。通过气相色谱鉴定,表明为同一纯物质,即为苯甲基硫代葡萄糖甙(以下简称硫甙)标样。
A method for the isolation and purification of benzyl glucosinolate from Nasturtium plant material using ion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-trisacryl and Ag50W×8(H^+) was developed. The isolated benzyl glucosinolate was determined by chromatograph and the result showed that it is a pure material. This procedure is suitable for the isolation of other kinds of glucosinolate.
