农村城镇化背景下的基础教育问题与对策

Some Problems in the Rural Fundamental Education and Their Solutions in the Background of Urbanization

城镇化是农村现代化的必然趋势。在当前城镇化进程中,农村基础教育发展出现了诸如"升学主义"观念有所加强、基础教育"育人价值"受到忽视、"身份"歧视导致辍学现象增加、留守农民工子女教育质量下滑、课程结构欠合理等问题。为此,应通过转变基础教育观念,强化基础教育的文化传递与改良功能,消除"身份"歧视意识,加强对留守农民工子女的监护,改革和完善课程结构等,有效促进农村基础教育健康发展。

Urbanization is an unavoidable tendency for rural modernization. In this background, there have arisen some problems in the rural fundamental education, such as excessive emphasis on students'admission to a higher school, the ignorance of the cultivating value, increasing dropping-out, declined education quality for the remained children of peasant workers, and irrational curriculum structure. Therefore, the healthy development of rural fundamental education involves changing the concept about fundamental education, strengthening its function of cultural transmission, eliminating status discrimination, taking better care of the remained children of peasant workers, and reforming and perfecting the curriculum structure.
