摘要
专业实习是教学计划的重要组成部分,也是实践教学的重要环节。分析了集美大学食品工程专 业学生实习的现状及存在的问题,并根据多年实践教学的经验提出了如何提高实习效果的措施。
Field practice is an important part of the teaching plan as well as a significant link chain of the practical teaching. The paper analyzes the status quo of the field practice by the students majoring in food engineering in Jimei University, and puts forward some measures, based on the experiences of practical teaching for many years, on how to improve the field practice effect.
