In view of law, the article discusses profoundly the justness of educational punishment, points out explicitly the necessity of educational punishment and the rationality of its existence, and puts forward the limitationof conducting educational punishment. It is of important theoretic value and realistic significance for the establishment of the modern educational conceptions, for the deepening of the reform in educational system and management in new historical conditions, as well as for the cultivation of the new virtuous students under socialism.
