摘要
通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,研究了哈茨木霉对甜椒疫霉的重寄生性。当哈茨木霉接仲于甜椒疫霉培养平板上24~48h后,其在接触部位通过菌丝缠绕和形成吸器或一种类似附着胞的结构寄生疫霉菌丝。借助扫描电镜,进一步证实寄生菌形成吸器用于穿入病原菌丝体。在对峙培养中,还看到甜椒疫霉的菌丝原生质发生集聚,最后空化。
The mycoparasitism of Trichoderma harzianum on Phylophlhora capsici was studied by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. As T. harzianum introduced to the culture of P. capsici for 24~48hr, it parasitized host hypha by hyphal coiling and forming haustoria or appressorialike structure at the contact situs. With scanning electron microscopy, it has been further verified that the mycoparasite formed haustoria for penetrating pathogenic mycelia. Also, the hyphal protoplasm of P. capsici became coagulated, and eventually vacuolated during dual culture.
