双孢蘑菇繁育方式和移植次数与产量的关系 被引量:1

摘要 本试验采用双孢蘑菇组织分离和多孢分离方式,同时将移植1次和移植8次的一级菌种制种、栽培作对比试验研究,结果表明:菌丝体的生长、子实体的形成、蘑菇的产量都无显著差异。从而解决了双孢蘑菇菌种生产中,长期以来仅限于采用技术繁琐的多孢分离的繁育方式,进而可用简便的组织分离方法来代替;在稳定的培养条件下,蘑菇菌丝体的移植次数,可因生产需要而定,移植次数与菌种质量无内在相关性。 In the present study,The spawns of strains used were obtained from tissue isolation and multispore isolation.After making subculture one time and eight times respec- tively,the spawns were cultivated.The results showed that there are no differences among them in mycelial growth rate,fruitbody formation and yield.The results indicated that the simple tissue isolation method can be used instead of complex multispore isolation method in spawn-making of Agraricus bisporus.There is no relation between subculture number and strain quality.Therefore,the subculture numbers of the strains can be determined according to the different needs in spawn-making.
