摘要
以水稻品种02428和轮回422与4个籼型测验种和5个梗型测验种杂交,杂种 F_1小穗育性均值分别为86.98%和83.57%。三交组合“籼/WCVs//粳”和“粳/WCVs//籼”中,可育株和半可育株的分离比符合1∶1,表明02428和轮回422广亲和性遗传可能受一对主基因控制,遗传规律符合单位点孢子体-配子体互作模式。以02428和轮回422配制的单交 F_1、F_2及“02428/轮回422”F_1与籼、粳测验种测交 F_1组合群体的平均小穗育性较高,小穗育性分布集中,无明显的育性分离。表明02428和轮回422的广亲和基因互相等位。
Rice varieties 02428 and Lunhui 422 were crossed with indica testers and japonica testers,the mean spikelet fertilitry of F_1 hybrids from 02428 and Lunhui 422 as one parent was 86.98% and 83.57%,respectively.Segregation of the fertility plants and semi- fertile plants in three-way-crosses(indica/WCVs∥japonica)and(japonica/WCVs∥ indica)agreed with a ratio of 1∶1.It suggested that the inheritance of wide compatibility in rice varieties 02428 and Lunhui 422 might be controlled by a single major gene,and fit to one- locus sporo-gametophytic interaction model.The mean spikelet fertilitry and its frequency distribution in hybrids F_1,F_2 between wide compatibility varieties 02428 and Lunhui 422 and its test cross F_1 of(02428/Lunhui)F_1 with indica testers and japonica testers were observed to study allelism of wide compatibility gene.The higher spikelet fertility and nonsignificant segregation of spikelet fertility were found in hybrids F_1,F_2 and test cross F_1.The wide com- patibility gene of WCVs 02428 was probably allelic to that of WCVs Lunhui 422.
