利用拮抗细菌防治大白菜软腐病 被引量:4

摘要 从上海市郊等地土壤中分离的120株细菌菌株,通过软腐病致病性测定和平皿相互拮抗试验,获得3株拮抗菌株。其中从健康大白菜植株根部分离的1株菌株90-2-1-2在平皿上显示出对软腐病菌有强烈的抑制作用,而软腐细菌对它的反拮抗作用却很微弱。利用这株菌株浸种和灌根,田间防效可达70%左右。 A hundred and twenty strains of bacteria isolated from the garden soil in Shanghai and other places were divided into the two groups:Pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria after the pathogenicity test on petiole of Brassica chinensis,the cross-antagonism be- tween pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria was assayed on petri dishes simultaneously. Then three antagonistic strains were chosen,among which the strain 90-2-1-2 isolated from the healthy cabbage roots showed the highest antagonism against the pathogenic bacteria but exhibited the weak anti-antagonism.The results also pointed out that the soft rot of Chiness cabbage could be controlled at a control efficiency of more than 70% in the fields by strain 90-2-1-2 using methods of soaking seeds and drenching soil.
