摘要
应用纯化猪瘟病毒抗原(SFV)和酶标葡萄球菌A蛋白(PPA)建立PPA-ELISA,并通过对12份设定阴性血清和38头仔猪注苗前后不同时期164份系列血清的检测结果表明,免疫母猪所产未注苗仔猪在30日龄时母源抗体水平个体差异很大。光密度值(OD)为0.28~1.77((?)=0.98),有1/6的仔猪血清抗体水平在保护临界点以下;免疫母猪与其所生未注苗仔猪血清中抗体水平并不呈正相关;仔猪于30日龄时注苗,60日龄时ELISA抗体水平急剧上升,90日龄时达峰值,维持至120日龄,之后逐渐下降,到150日龄时降至注苗前水平。另外,对1头份、2头份、4头份等不同免疫剂量进行了比较,三者的免疫效果无显著差异。
PPA-ELISA for the immunodetection of serum antibodies against swine fever virus was developed. Twelve negative serum samples and 164 serial serum samples derived form 38 piglets at different times before and after inoculation were detected. The result indicated that the levels of maternal antibody of uninjected piglets produced by immunized animals were not very high at the age of 30 days. The optical density (OD) values of piglet serum antibodies ranged from 0.28 to 1.77 with an average of 0.98, and about one sixth of which were below the OD threshold of protective sera. The serum antibody levels of the immunized dams were not positively consistent with those of their progenies. When piglets were injected at the age of 30 days, the antibody levels rose abruptly at the age of 60 days, reached the peak at the age of 90 days, remained unchanged till the age of 120 days, declined slowly henceforth and went down to the pre-injection levels at the age of 150 days. Furthermore, the comparison of three different doses (1 dose, 2 doses and 4 doses) of SFV vaccine showed that there was no significant difference in immune effect among them.
