摘要
底膜育秧水稻种子经多效唑50ppm浓度浸种24h处理,秧龄15~25d时,秧苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均有提高。秧苗净同化率在秧龄15~20d时高于对照11.2%,20~25 d时高于对照56.6%。秧苗全株干物质积累,多效唑处理与对照相近,但在分配上,多效唑处理的根系干重增加,叶鞘干重减轻,叶片干重持平。在干旱逆境条件下,多效唑处理能降低秧苗组织电解质外渗率,表明膜的稳定性得到提高。
Soaking rice seeds with 50ppm MET for 24 hours in rice seedling raising with plastic sheet mulching resulted in the increase of both chlorophylls a,b and total chlorophyll in leaves of 15~25-day-old seedlings. The net assimilation rate in 15~20-day-old seedlings in treatment plots was 11.2% higher than that in CK plots. The net assimilation rate in 20~25-day-old seedlings in treatment plots was 56.6% higher than that in CK plots. The dry matter accumulation in seedlings in treatment plots was approximate to that in check plots; however, as to the distribution of dry matter in MET-treated seedlings, the dry weight in-creased for root system, decreased for blade sheaths and remained at the same level for blades as compared with check seedlings. Moreover, the leakage of electrolyte in MET-treated seedlings' tissues under drought conditions was reduced as compared to the check, which in-dicated that the MET treatment could improve the stability of plasmolemma in blade and stipe.
