摘要
以3种羊草种子为外植体分别接种在含有不同浓度2,4-D(1,2,4mg·L-1)的MS培养基上,讨论其组织培养的条件。结果表明,愈伤组织诱导及芽分化的培养基以MS+1mg·L-12,4-D的效果最好,愈伤组织的诱导率为12%,不定芽分化率为16%;生根培养中,以1/2MS培养基生根效果最好,生根率达到100%。在筛选出的培养基上培养的羊草种子具有愈伤组织诱导率较高、幼苗分化率好、幼苗健壮、生长势好等优点。
The experiment studies on the technology of plant tissue culture in three kinds of Aneurolepidiumchinense(Trin)Kitag seeds which are cultured in the basic culture medium MS within three levels concentrations of 2, 4-D(1, 2, 4 mg·L-1). During this experimentation, whose the inducement purpose is the best of all is the culture medium of MS supplied with 1 mg·L-1 2, 4-D. In roots culture,the result of using half-strength (1/2) MS is better. The culture results,that the seeds of Aneurolepidium chinense(Trin) Kitag are cultured in culture mediums from screening test, have much virtue, such as higher callus induction rate, better callus quality, higher seedling polarization rate, stronger seedling.
