Library and the Learning Society

构筑终身教育体系,创建学习型社会,是实现小康目标,提高综合国力的客观要求。公共图书馆是创建学习型社会的重要载体,加强公共图书馆建设,是创建学习型社会最有效的途径之一。

This thesis discourses upon the viewpoint that constructing life-long education system and establishing learning society are the objective demand for accomplishing well-off goal and enhancing comprehensive national power. Public library is an important carrier for creating a learning society. The author also discusses the continuing education of the librarian and the lawmaking of library in the thesis.
