摘要
针对真空破坏阀、拍门和快速闸门等3种断流装置在生产运用中的情况,分析存在的主要问题,提出了安全、可靠的改进途径,设计发明了新型活页闸门,该闸门在下落过程中允许门扇开启使部分水流通过,这一措施大大减小了水流对闸门的推力,使闸门两侧的摩擦力下降,最终使落门力大大增加而达到快速关闭断流的目的,再利用泵站检修闸门完成止水功能.
The main operating problem of three kinds of cut-off device, such as vacuum breaker, flap valve and rapid-drop gate, is discussed. A new kind of safe and reliable cut-off flow way is put forward. The renovating device of loose-leaf rapid-drop gate is invented. The gate can let part of backwards flow passing the outlet passage during its dropping. Through this way, the hydraulic thrust at the gate is largely cut. So the resistance of dropping is also largely cut. Then the intention of increasing dropping velocity is reached. To cut-off backwards flow completely, the examining repair gate at outlet sump should be dropped at last.
