摘要
采用MPC02运动控制卡开发了一种新型数控切割系统,通过高级语言实现模块化设计,用PC机PCI总线的步进电机或数字式伺服电机的上位控制单元,在线切割、激光雕刻或火焰切割等加工方式下,具备加工中暂停、继续、沿原轨迹返回、调速和支持G代码等功能.运用动态运动函数库实现动态跟踪、状态反馈和速度调节.
A new modern numerical control cutting system based on the motion controller is built. It adopts MPC02 series and uses advanced language to realize modularized design. Under the machining manner of linear cutting,laser cutting or blazed cutting etc., the control unit for stepmotor or digital servomotor used PCI bus has the functions of stopping,going on, going back along the original contrail in process and supporting G code; it also can realize dynamic tracking, state feedback and speed adjustment.
