邓小平在1992年的南巡讲话中,就如何学习马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想,怎么学以致用,提出了"学马列要精,要管用"的精辟论断。这一论断对于我们今天全面建设小康社会有着极为重要的理论意义和现实意义。对邓小平马克思主义理论学习观的科学内涵及其内在的辨证关系进行哲学体悟的旨趣在于关注当前理论学习中存在的新本本主义、主观主义、形式主义。

In the spring of 1992,Deng Xiaoping put forward some essential viewpoints. In his words,he told the whole Party to study Marxism and Leninism substantially. He also told us to master theory perfectly and practice it actively. In this paper,the author will discuss the scientific implication of Deng Xiaoping's study view and its internal dialectical relation. It will be very significant to study Deng Xiaoping' theory again.
