Research into Regulation of the Security System of Family Support for the Elderly

社会养老不能取代家庭养老。在社会转型时期,我国家庭养老保障制度遇到诸多困难并引发一系列家庭矛盾。因此, 必须合理界定赡养人的范围、明确家庭养老的内容、成立专门的家庭养老管理机构、严惩不履行赡养义务者。

During the transferring of society,the traditional security system of family support for the elderly is confronted with many problems and a series of family conflicts ,which can not be settled by the social support for the elderly. So,it is necessary to regulate the security system of family support for the elderly by definition of the legal supporters and supporting scope of the elderly ,establishment of special administration for family support,and punishment of duty-bearers who fail to assume their duties of family support.
