基于ML4426的电磁型平面微电机转速控制

Speed Control of Electro-magnetic Planar Micromotor Based on ML4426

针对电磁型平面微电机结构小,无法安装位置传感器等特点,采用美国MicroLinear公司生产的无位置传感器无刷直流电机专用控制芯片ML4426对电机转速进行控制。详细叙述了该芯片工作原理及其在电磁型平面微电机中的应用。结果表明,控制简单实用,线性度好,精度高。

ML4426,the Micro Linear's ASIC for sensorless brushless DC motor is used to control the speed of electoro-magnetic planar micromotor due to its small size,which leads to eliminate position sensors.The principle of ML4426 and its application is electro-magnetic planar micromotor are presented in this paper in detail.The results confirm the controller's utility,fine linearity and high contol precision.
