摘要
用外源激素乙烯和ABA(脱落酸)喷施小麦麦穗后,将小麦胚乳包埋、切片,测量不同时期的胚乳细胞面积。结果表明乙烯和ABA均能提高小麦胚乳的单个细胞大小,从而影响小麦的粒重和品质。
Exogenous hormones such as Abscisic acid(ABA) and ethrel were sprayed on the wheat ears. Then the wheat starchy endosperm were embedded and cut into slices, and the cell areas of starchy endosperm of wheat were measured throughout its development. The results showed that Abscisic acid(ABA) and ethrel could improve the single cell area of wheat starchy endosperm,thus affect the quality and grain weight of wheat.
